Private Beach

Your Own Stretch of Two Oceans

No shared sand, no neighbouring towels — the deck steps straight onto a private beach, with the jacuzzi built right into the boards above it. Seven bedrooms back, guests fall asleep to the same swell the Cape’s fishing boats have worked for a century.

About

A House Named for What Swims Past It

Cape Agulhas marks some of the best billfish grounds in the country, and Marlin Manor takes its name — and its decor — from them. The mount watching over the kitchen isn’t a prop; it’s the reason the house is called what it is. Open-plan living wraps around a double-sided fireplace, a ten-seat glass dining table, and windows that keep the ocean in view from almost anywhere you stand.
